30 days of yoga.
30 days of meditation.
60 days of (forcibly) not taking myself so seriously, while getting serious about accountability, financial literacy, health, and what lies ahead.
Permanently getting back to basics by listening to my body and not taking in that which I am allergic too (i.e. Wheat, dairy, sugar, coffee & processed foods).
Finding balance. Creating harmony. Establishing a strong foundation for what is to come.
